Interruptions of Service
Permit Hound reserves the right to curtail, suspend, interrupt and/or stop the Service by reason of non-payment of 3rd party fee, missed payment deadline of Service fee, emergency, and, by Force Majeure, including, but not limited to, strikes, lockouts, lockdowns, pandemic conditions, wars, acts of terrorism, as well as Acts of God such as earthquakes, floods, tornadoes, fires, and so on. In the eventuality of an Interruption of Service, Permit Hound will do everything it can to deliver the Service at a later time. Permit Hound will inform you within 72 hours of the Interruption of Service, and if the conditions permit, the remedy it plans to provide to ensure delivery of the Service.
